𝓣𝓮𝓻𝓶𝓼 𝓸𝓯 𝓼𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮:𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐈𝐄𝐂𝐄⭒ the artist holds the rights to the art and it may not be used for commercial purposes without the artists written consent,
⭒ as a default, the artist is allowed to use the art as an example of their artwork, if the commissioner is uncomfortable with this they must inform the artist beforehand,
⭒ the commisioner may not have the art used or turned into a nft.

𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓⭒ artist accepts commissions in PL [zł], USD [$] EUR [€] and GPD [£] via PayPal and Ko-fi donations,
⭒ EUR [€] is the default currency.

𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒⭒ the artist will only send a full refund if the piece has not entered the lining stage,
⭒ the artist reserves the right to cancel any order with no given reason, in this case the commissioner would receive a full refund.

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒/𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒⭒ the artist will send an initial sketch where the payment from the commissioner is made, after that the artist will send the lining stage, and then the final piece,
⭒ if the artist for whatever reason will be unavailable for a period of time, they will notify the commissioner in advance for permission to work on the order without providing wips.

𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒⭒ the artist will not make any significant alterations to the piece after the lining stage has been reached [and approved by the commissioner] so it is vital the commissioner provide as much detail to revisions/etc beforehand or in the original order,
⭒ entire revisions to the order [for example, exchanging character/switching commission types] will be counted as cancelling and a new order unless the artist has not started,
⭒ the commisioner may not edit the art themselves or commission a third party to edit the art under any circumstances.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍⭒ the artist will not make any additional edits to the art after the commissioner has expressed that the art is satisfactory,
⭒ an e-mail with the finished piece or a google drive link can be provided for download of the art, if the commissioner looses the art, the artist can provide the art again within 2 months of the arts completion - after that 2 months, the artist is not held accountable for its loss and does not owe the commissioner a refund.

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃⭒ commissioner is obligated to have clear and readable moodboard/character design (depending on the project) or state in order request about needed help - this will add extra cost due to designing process.
⭒ in case of designing the character/moodboard price may rise due to complexity of the idea

𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑⭒ the artist reserves the right to deny any order without giving a reason,
⭒ by placing an order, the Customer undertakes to establish cooperation on the Customer - Seller level, based on respect for both parties.
⭒ the commissioner may not claim credit for the arts creation,
⭒ when posting the art on social media [e.g. using the art as a profile picture] the artists handle [@/pickmellow] or link to their carrd [pickmellow.carrd.co] must be written in a clear accesible place.
⭒ by contacting the artist, the commissioner agrees to all of the conditions stated above, which apply to all orders unless given written permission from the artist
⭒ by breaking any of the conditions stated above, the commissioner will be denied from all of the artist's services.This TOS is subject to change without any given notice at any time.
